The biggest problem with this being a pet room though is the distance from your room to the outside. Obviously an earlier dog guest wasn’t happy about being locked in the bathroom from the condition of the bathroom door, but I guess that happens with pet friendly rooms (although I’ve never noticed that in other pet friendly places). Situated at the far, far, end of a long corridor, it was sandwiched between the service elevator and the housekeeping office with a lovely view of the rooftop air conditioning units.
A deluxe pet room is really just a standard room with a fake hardwood floor to make cleanup easier. In fact they actually list pet rooms on their site for booking. I love casinos and was delighted to see Horseshoe accepts pets.
